Mark Avery Farrell, 54, of Stratford, Conn., went to be with Jesus on Monday, Feb. 8, 2016. Mark was born in Indianapolis, IN, to Ivan and Connie Farrell. He was a 1984 graduate of Purdue University with a degree in aeronautical engineering. He worked at McDonnell Douglas in St. Louis, Mo., Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth and Bell Helicopter in Hurst. He was most recently employed at Sikorsky Helicopter in Connecticut. He was a member of Davis Boulevard Baptist Church in North Richland Hills and was a volunteer at The SLAB (Ministry to the Homeless) in Fort Worth. Mark is survived by his wife, Kimberly Farrell of Stratford, Conn.; daughters, Michelle Farrell of Kansas City, Mo., and Courtney Farrell of North Richland Hills; parents, Ivan and Connie Farrell of Stephenville; brother, Michael Farrell and wife, Lisa, of Bedford; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Walt and Ruth Reynolds of Spencer, Ind.; aunts and uncles, Phyllis Thompson of Indianapolis, Mildred Hammond of Plainfield and Orland and Marge Warren of Brownsburg; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, David Reynolds and Leanne Stevens of Indiana, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Memorial services will at 11:00 am on Saturday, March 5, 2016 in the Plainfield Christian Church, 800 Dan Jones Road, where friends may call one hour prior to services.
