Steve Bryant

William "Steve" Bryant, 79, of Danville passed away on June 14, 2023 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Plainfield on November 16, 1943 to the late Meade Bryant and Evelyn Cheak. Steve worked as a diesel mechanic at Yellow Freight Roadway until he started his own business in auto sales. He enjoyed traveling and spending winters in Arizona. Steve was a 50 year member of the Masonic Lodge #653 of Plainfield and was an Army veteran. He loved his family dearly. Steve was preceded in death by his brother; David Bryant. He leaves behind his wife of 60 years, Karen Sue Jones Bryant; 3 children; Steve (Apryl) Bryant, Bill (Susan) Bryant and Sabrina (Jeff) Schneider. Four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Graveside services will be private in Maple Hill Cemetery.
