He was born to James Owens and Dolores Anderson on May 3, 1955. Tom was a 1973 graduate of Plainfield High School and went to Indiana State University. Tom worked in mostly residential remodeling, small commercial and some new construction throughout the Hendricks County area, his entire career. Tom was a member of the Plainfield Elks and Odd Fellows. Tom enjoyed many trips to the Carolina’s for golfing and loved riding his Harley when he could get away from working.
