Talbert W. Burden

Talbert W. Burden, 69, of Speedway, passed away on October 29, 2021.  He was born in Beaver Dam, KY on March 5, 1952 to the late Charles and Ruby Burden.  Talbert loved his job as the purchasing manager for Aero Industries in Indianapolis for 40 years retiring in 2018.  He was a member of Kingsway Christian Church.  Talbert enjoyed fishing, camping and being a handy man around the house.  He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.  Funeral services will be Friday, November 5, 2021 at 1:00 pm in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home where friends may visit from 11:00 am until service time at 1:00 pm.  Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery.  Survivors include his loving wife, Pamela Burden; son John (Robin) Burden; daughters, Melinda (Donald) Fronk and Christina (Craig) Voight; sisters, Sheila (Larry) Holding and Janet Klassen; 9 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren with 1 on the way! In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Association (912 Killian Hill Road S.W., Lilburn, GA 30047).
