Shelby Jean Wines

Shelby Jean Wines, 85, of Plainfield, passed away November 26, 2023.

  She was born September 5, 1938 to the late Winford and Gustava

(Hedrick) Withrow in Heizer Creek, West Virginia.  She was a

homemaker.  She was a past member of the Red Hat Society.  Shelby is

survived by two sons, Dr. James B. Wines and Heath F. Wines; a

brother, Herbert (Beth) Withrow; a sister, Linda (Joe) Milbee; three

grandchildren, Hannah (Misa) Salazar, Evan Wines and Parker Wines;

and two great grandchildren, Alicia and Aiden Salazar.  She was

preceded in death by her husband, Ronald L. Wines DDS.  Graveside

services will be held on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at 1:00 pm in the

chapel at Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield, where friends may call on

Saturday from 12 noon until service time at 1:00 pm.  Interment will

follow at the cemetery.  Arrangements by Hampton-Gentry Funeral
