Ruth E. Bradley

Ruth Elizabeth Bradley, of Indianapolis Indiana and Clearwater Florida, passed away August 21, 2023 at age 86. She was born February 18, 1937 to the late George and Margaret Hazel (Evans) Fields in Somerset, Kentucky. She was a homemaker. Ruth loved sports, particularly the Indy 500.
She lived most of her life in Indianapolis Indiana and then Clearwater Florida from 1986 to the present. She graduated from Plainfield High School where she met her husband and the love of her life Bill Bradley. They had three children together. Dean Bradley, Patrick Bradley and Kelly
Bradley.   She is also survived by two sisters, Frances Dawes and Carole Summers.  She was preceded in death by two brothers, Lee and Clyde Fields.  Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm on Thursday, August 31, 2023 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield where friends may call on Thursday from 11:00 am until service time at 1:00 pm.  She will be placed to rest next to her beloved daughter and friend Kelly Bradley at Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield Indiana. In lieu of flowers, her wishes were for you to buy a nice dinner and think of her.
