Richard E. George, 80, of Plainfield, passed away on July 11, 2017. He was born in Indianapolis on September 29, 1936 to the late Vernon and Carrie (Culp) George. Richard was an United States Navy veteran. He was a bus driver for the Indianapolis International Airport. Richard was preceded in death by his wife, Maxine (Harris) George; step-sons, Kenny and Dickey Jones. Survivors include step-daughter, Janet Henson; step-sons, Jerry and Frank Jones; 16 step-grandchildren; 21 step-great grandchildren; 2 step-great great grandchildren. There will be no services.
