Linda J. Baughn

Linda J. Baughn, 76, of Plainfield, passed away August 20, 2018. She was born October 17, 1941 to the late Owen and Glenna (George) McDaniel in Swifton, Arkansas. She was a member of the Belleville Church of Christ. She worked as a secretary and administrative assistant for Duke Energy for 21 years retiring in 1996. Linda is survived by a son, Randy W. (Joanna) Baughn; two brothers, Levon (Violet) McDaniel and Robert McDaniel; and 6 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard I. "Rick" Baughn, and a son, Gary A. Baughn. Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 25, 2018 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call on Saturday from 11:00 am until service time at 1:00 pm. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield.
