Kenneth "Kenny" Creasy

Kenneth "Kenny" Creasy, 83, of Plainfield, passed away on June 23, 2022.  He was born on June 26, 1938 in Allen County, Kentucky to the late Dewey and Lassie Creasy.  Kenny retired in 1992 after 30 years with GM Allison Transmission.  He was a member of the GraceWay Fellowship Church.  Kenny enjoyed working in the yard and playing shuffle board in his free time.  He loved playing music in his band called the Kenny's Happy Valley Band.  Kenny was preceded in death by his daughter, Tina Hughes.  Funeral services will be Monday, June 27, 2022 at 1:00 pm in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home where friends may visit from 11:00 am until the time of service at 1:00 pm.  Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery.  Survivors include his loving wife, Edith Creasy, who he married on August 16, 1997; son, Troy Creasy; step son, Rick (Donna) Wilson; daughter, Vicky (Denny) King; step daughter, Lawana (Cletis) Summers; several grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
