JoAnna Blaschke

JoAnna Blaschke, 77, of Plainfield, passed away on June 25, 2024 surrounded by loving family members.  She was born on June 10, 1947 in Wabash, IN to the late Forrest and Martha Knotts.  JoAnna was a school bus driver for the Plainfield Community School system for 36 years.  She enjoyed sewing, cooking, baking and planting flowers in her free time.  JoAnna loved spending time with her family.  She had weekly lunch dates with her best friends.  JoAnna married Larry Blaschke, the love of her life in 1964.  She was preceded in death by a half-sister, Barbara.  Funeral services will be Friday, June 28, 2024 at 1:30 pm in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home where friends may visit from 11:00 am until the time of service at 1:30 pm.  Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery.  Survivors include her loving husband, Larry Blaschke; sons, Ronnie (Sheila) and Steve (Amy) Blaschke; 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
