James E. Price Jr.

James E. Price, Jr., 82, of Scottsville, KY, formerly of Avon, passed away November 10, 2018. He was born March 7, 1936 to the late James and Edith Gable Price in Bridgeport, IN. He was a lifelong Hendricks County farmer. Jim is survived by four sons, Gerald of Mobile, Al, Charles (Vickie) of New Bern, NC, John of Clayton, and David (Becky) Price of Seattle, WA; a sister, Karen (Ron) Sparks of Plainfield; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm on Saturday, November 17, 2018 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call on Saturday from 11:00 am until service time at 1:00 pm. Burial, Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield.
