James "Jim" Ward

James "Jim" Ward, 82, of Plainfield, passed away on January 29, 2019.  He was born on July 19, 1936 in Morristown, IN to the late William and Mary Ward.  Jim was an United States Army veteran.  He was a sales representative for Central Rubber & Supply in Indianapolis and UCI for many years.  He enjoyed wood working and guns.  Jim was preceded in death by his brother, Bill Ward.  A Celebration Of Life will be Monday, February 4, 2019 at 1:00 pm in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home where friends may visit from 11:00 am until time of service.  Inurnment will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery.  Survivors include his loving wife, Judy Ward; son, Chris Ward; daughter, Allison Morken; brother, Robert Ward; sister, Patty Ann Hubbard; grandchildren, Danny and Andrea Morken.
