Jack T. Hamilton, 88, of Plainfield, formerly of Anderson, passed away on September 21, 2018. He was born in Anderson, IN on November 24, 1929 to the late Kenneth and Mable Hamilton. Jack was an United States Army veteran and served in the Korean War. He was a tool and die maker for Guide Lamp retiring after 30 years. Jack was a member of Pleasant Valley Community Church and Kingsway Christian Church. He enjoyed horses, motorcycles, camping and racing. Jack was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Hamilton after 64 years of marriage and his sister, Joann Alspaugh. Graveside services will be Thursday, September 27, 2018 at 11:00 am in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel (6805 Doctor M.L.K. Jr. Blvd, Anderson, IN 46013). Survivors include his daughter, Deborah (Bruce) Mayo; grandchildren, Jonathan (Heather) and Joshua (Hannah) Mayo; great grandchildren, Austin, Ava, Haleigh and Heidi Mayo.
