Howard Neeley

Howard Neeley, 78, of Clayton, passed away on August 1, 2020.  He was born in Indianapolis on August 14, 1941 to the late J.P. and Bessie Neeley.  Howard retired from GM Truck and Bus after 33 years.  He enjoyed wood working and farming in his free time.  Howard was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Neeley and a brother, Marvin Neeley.  Services and burial will be private.  Survivors include his sister, Annette Umbanhower; cousin, Becky (Jim) Turpin.
