Helen E. Gill

Helen E. Gill, 96, of Plainfield, passed away December 16, 2019.  She was born February 18, 1923 to the late Addison and Lakie (Hommel) Pevler in Indianapolis, IN.  She was a homemaker.  Helen is survived by two daughters, Paulette (Steve) Blunk and Becky (Frank) Slover; 5 grandchildren, Scott Blunk, Laura (Jacek) Lazarczyk, Nikki (Ian) Osborne, Paul (Bria) Slover and Marci Slover; and 10 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Gill and two brothers, Leroy and Carl Pevler.  Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 21, 2019 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call on Saturday from 11:00 am until service time at 1:00 pm.  Burial will follow in Danville South Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hendricks County Special Olympics, Scott Munroe, 6855 S. County Road 800 N, Brownsburg, IN 46112.
