Geraldine A. Butler

Geraldine A. Butler, 88, of Carmel, passed away on June 14, 2018.  She was born in St. Thomas, Ontario on May 2, 1930 to the late George and Ada Spangler.  Geraldine was a nurse for 36 years at Riverview Health Hospital in Noblesville, Indiana.  She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.  Geraldine was preceded in death by her husband, Robert F. Butler and a brother, Ross Spangler.  Funeral services will be Wednesday, June 20, at 12:00 (noon) in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home where friends may visit from 11:00 am until time of service.  Entombment will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.  Survivors include her sons, Steven (Sally) and David (Sharon) Butler; brothers, Edward, Walter Lewis and Robert Spangler; sisters, Areba Ann Stone and Tammy Cumming; 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
