George E. Carlton

George Carlton, age 94, died on January 5,2018 at his home near Lafayette, IN. He was born in Indianapolis, IN to Beecher and Nola Carlton. He was a lifelong farmer and a school bus driver for Avon Schools. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 74 years, Doris Masten Carlton, children, Darrell Carlton (Donnie), Dawn Rubendall (Lloyd), Kevin Carlton (Suellen) and sister, June Wikoff along with several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  A celebration of his life will be held at Hampton Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield on Saturday, March 10, 2018 from 1-4 pm.
