Donald Russell, 79, of Indianapolis, passed away on March 2, 2020. He was born on April 2, 1940 in Evansville to the late Frank and Hilda Russell. Donald received his BA in government from Indiana University in 1963 and a JD from Indiana University at Indianapolis in 1967. Donald was preceded in death by his sister, Carolyn Bromm. A Celebration Of Life will be at the Plainfield Friends Meeting on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at 11:00 am with a private graveside service. Survivors include his wife, Cynthia Stanley; daughters, Christy (Mark) Matthew, Jennifer (John) Kotlarczyk and Angela Russell; siblings, C.
