David Michael Levstek

David Michael Levstek, 47, of Avon, passed away on January 30, 2019 surrounded by his loving family.  He was born on March 14, 1971 in Barberton, OH to Daniel and Marianne Levstek. David was a loving husband and a dedicated stay at home Dad.   David was a member of the Avon United Methodist Church and served as the mission director.  He was very involved with the Avon Girls Basketball Club, Avon Black & Gold Dance Team and the Sycamore Elementary PTO.  He was the Cleveland Browns #1 fan.  Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at 6:30 pm in the Avon United Methodist Church (6850 E. US Hwy 36, Avon, IN 46123) where friends may visit from 3:30 pm until time of service.  Survivors include his wife, Gail Levstek; daughters, Emma, Anna, and Leah Levstek; son, Grant Levstek; parents, Daniel and Marianne Levstek; brothers, Darren (Ingrid), Daniel (Karen), and Dean (Jayme) Levstek; sister, Deirdre (Brian) Caplin; nephews, Daniel (godson), Liam and Fischer; nieces, Elizabeth, Sabine, Alexandra and Cassidy (goddaughter).   In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the David M.
