Charleen L Watson

February 12, 1949 — February 2, 2018

Charleen L Watson, of Plainfield, passed away Feb. 2, 2018. She was born in Beech Grove 02-12-1949 to Charles E. Cook and Anita E. Cook. She was a graduate of Indiana University where she met her husband and married in 1968. She worked for over 28 years in what are now called IU Health Hospitals (Riley Children's Hospital, University Hospital and Methodist Hospital). She was proceeded in death by her father Charles Cook and her brother Dean Cook. She is survived by her mother Anita Cook, her husband Clarence (Butch) Watson, daughter Kristin (Paul) Gendron, son Ryan (Saidee) Watson, sister Cheryl (Steve) Leavelle, and grandchildren: Braden, Gavin, Ruby and Elise. A Celebration of Life will be held Feb. 11 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm @ First Baptist Church of Plainfield, 1012 Stafford Rd, Plainfield, IN. In. lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to First Baptist Church. Arrangements by Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield.
