Carolyn Towe

Carolyn Towe, 80, of Plainfield, passed away on November 26, 2018.  She was born on August 14, 1938 in Montgomery, AL to the late Seaborn and Marguerite Solomon.  Carolyn was an administrative assistant for Lawson & Company.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Plainfield.  Carolyn enjoyed traveling and camping.  She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Carolyn had a special bond with her dog, Toby.  She was preceded in death by her husbands, Gerald Bryan Snodgrass and Jerry Michael Towe.  A Celebration Of Life will be held Thursday, November 29, at 7:00 pm in the First Baptist Church (1012 Stafford Rd. Plainfield, IN 46168). Visitation will be Thursday at the church from 4:00 pm until time of service.  A private graveside will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Misty Eyes Animal Center (616 S. CR 800 E, Avon, IN 46123) or the First Baptist Church.  Survivors include her daughters, Leanne (Bob) Craig, Robin Lynn (Brad) Cooprider, Angela Kay Montgomery, Cynthia Diane (Greg) Whyde and Jerri Lu Patterson; sisters, Betty Sowers and Marianne Sutton; 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
