Barbara J. West

Barbara J. West, 88, of Plainfield, passed away on September 12, 2021.  She was born on November 4, 1932 in Indianapolis to the late Ralph and Pearl Lopossa.  Barbara worked at Poe's Cafeteria for many years.  She loved spending time with her family.  Barbara was preceded in death by a daughter, Sheila Brissey; brothers, Ralph and Herman Lopossa; sisters, Leona Heifner and Vivian Eaton.  Visitation will be Tuesday, September 21, 2021 in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.  Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at 10:30 am in the funeral home.  Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery.  Survivors include her children, Clifford (Margarita) Wilson and Willa Wilson; 8 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
