Alex C. Brown

Alex C. Brown, 22, of Plainfield, passed away on September 18, 2018.  He was born on November 15, 1995 in Indianapolis to Robert "Bobby" and Linda Brown.  Alex was valedictorian for Plainfield High School in 2014.  He received his Bachelors degree in Physics from Indiana University with honors.  Alex was a physics research assistant while attending Indiana University.  He was currently attending Florida State University to further his education in physics. Alex enjoyed physics, math, playing video games and loved his dog "spot".  He was preceded in death by his father, Robert "Bobby" Brown; grandparents, William P. and Martha Huff.  Services will be Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 10:30 am in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home where friends may call from 9:30 am until time of service.  Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery.  Survivors include his mother, Linda Brown; brother, Jeramey Wynkoop.
