Alan Trueblood

Alan E. Trueblood, 78, of Plainfield, passed away on October 5, 2024. He was born on November 2, 1945 in Sullivan, IN to the late Edward Trueblood and Janet Sullivan (William Sullivan, stepfather). Alan was a United States Army veteran. He worked for Public Service Indiana (Duke Energy) as a billing supervisor and later a meter route analyst, retiring in 2002. Alan enjoyed fishing and taking his boys to the Indy 500 and Brickyard races. He loved spending time with his family. Alan was preceded in death by his sisters, Judy and Connie. He Is survived by his sons, Scott (Elizabeth) and Cory (Adria) Trueblood; daughter, Lindsey (Travis) Taylor; uncle, Jim (Theresea) Kennedy; 10 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild with 1 on the way!  A Celebration Of Life visitation will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield.
