Vivian M. Miller

Vivian M. (Parker) Miller, 89, of Avon, formerly of Plainfield passed away June 19, 2010 in Clarian West Medical Center. She was born July 6, 1920 in Madison County, IN., to the late George and Elizabeth (Hoppes) Parker. She was a homemaker and member of the Avon Christian Church and Avon Homemakers Club. Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 22, at 10:30 AM in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, where friends may call on Monday, June 21, from 4:00 - 8:00 PM. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Leon Miller. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Henry Parker and a sister, Mildred Hogsett. Survivors include a daughter, Karen Bundy, sons, Larry and Ronald Miller; brother, Thurman Parker; sisters, Hester Gardner, Delores Swinford and Barbara Thomas; 4 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
