Robert C. Gilbrech

Robert C. Gilbrech, 86, of Avon, passed away May 17, 2010. He was born December 22, 1923 to the late Chester and Marie (Spurling) Gilbrech in Terre Haute, IN. He was a custodian for Plainfield High School for 15 years retiring in 1985. He is survived by two sons, Thomas C. (Nanette) and Bobby J. Gilbrech; two sisters, Joann Watt and Norma Gardner; 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen L. (Phillips) Gilbrech and two sons, Richard and Russell Gilbrech. Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm Thursday May 20, 2010 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call on Thursday from 11:00 am until services at 1:00 pm. Burial with military honors at Floral Park Cemetery, Indianapolis.
