She is survived by her parents, Jered and Shayna (Meadows) Petrey; a brother, Jonathan Petrey; and grandparents, Eddie and Margaret Reynolds, James Meadows, and James and Carol Martin. Services will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to the March Of Dimes.
