Catherine T. Herriman

Catherine T. Herriman, 97, of Avon, IN. passed away May 2, 2010 in her residence. She was born July 3, 1912 in Kentland, IN. to the late Frank and Mary Schuster. She was a homemaker and owned her own seamstress business. She also worked in the parish and was a member of St. Susanna Catholic Church for many years, where a Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 5, at 10:00 am. Visitation will be at the church on Tuesday, May 4, from 4:00 - 7:00 pm. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Kentland, IN. Her memberships include WOS Club and the Womens Club at St. Susanna Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, W. Kenneth Herriman. Survivors include her son, Ken Herriman Jr.; daughter, Martha Allen; 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, is handling arrangements.
