Winnona Lou Wayman (80), passed away November 9, 2009. She was born in Pattinsburg, MO, on October 3, 1929, to Kenneth Richard Grant and Ida Mildred Brooks Grant Nichols. Lou married Stanley Bryan Wayman (deceased) in KC, MO, on September 2, 1960. They had one child, Jera Lyn Wayman Foggin. She recently moved in with her daughter Jera and her husband Roger Foggin and family in Plainfield, Indiana. Since moving to Plainfield, she attended Center Community Church where her son-in-law Roger Foggin is pastor. Lou was devoted to her two grandchildren Christina Renee Foggin (18) and David Andrew Foggin (13). She loved to garden, sew, read and watch Jeopardy in her spare time. She retired from Parmelee Industries (U.S. Safety), Windsor, MO, in 1994 where she was a quality control supervisor. She is also survived by brothers and sisters Carole (T.C.) Pfennig of Georgetown, TX; brother, Donald (Roberta) Grant of Green Cove Springs, FL; brother, Gary (Lorene) Grant of Hundred, WV; and sister, Gloria (Rodney) Inciong of Kula, HI, and numerous nephews and nieces. She is predeceased by her parents, sister and three brothers, Mildred Geraldine Grant Broomfield, Kenneth Paul Grant, Richard Jerome Grant and Frank Leroy Grant. A memorial service will be held at Center Community Church, 5938 S County Road 700 E, Plainfield, IN, on Saturday November 14, at 10:00 am, with Roger Foggin officiating. Memorials in lieu of flowers can be made to the American Heart Association or the American Kidney Fund. Arrangements by Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield.
