Gladys L. Cooper

Gladys L. Cooper, 93, of Martinsville, formerly of Plainfield, passed away September 13, 2009. She was born February 24, 1916 to the late Leonard and Ethel Whiteley. She was a homemaker and a member of the Moose Lodge Martinsville Ladies Auxillary. She is survived by a son, Gary L. Bottoms; two daughters, Carol L. Price and Ellen A. McKinley; 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son Lyndell Bottoms and a daughter, Sharon Wainwright. Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm Wednesday September 16, 2009 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield where friends may call on Wednesday from 11:00 am until service time at 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial, Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield.
