Jessie E. Dennis

Jessie E. Dennis, 91, of Plainfield, passed away September 3, 2009. She was born January 12, 1918 to the late Eben and Callie (Owen) Sharer in Lamar, CO. She was a homemaker and a member of the Plainfield Christian Church where a service will be held at 4:00 pm Sunday September 6, 2009 and where friends may call on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at the church. She is survived by a son, Jeffrey F. (Connie) Dennis; two daughters, Doris J. (John) Lee and Donna K. (Richard) Lamer; a brother, Owen Sharer; a sister, Alma Wells; 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson. She was preceded in death by her husband Floyd Dennis. Burial will be in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, Indianapolis. Arrangements by Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield.
