Mary Lou Patricia Higgins, 74, of Plainfield, passed away March 22, 2017. She was born in Mount Holly, NJ on December 27, 1942 to the late Lou and Linda (Pallante) Garofola. Mary Lou was an office manager in the health care industry. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Eugene Higgins. Survivors include her son, Brian (Barbara) Higgins; daughter, Patricia Higgins; brother, Robert (Bernadette) Garofola; grandson, Christopher Lonkart; nephew, Michael Garofola; niece, Nicole Bentze. A Memorial service will be at a later date in Florida.
