Jacob Andrew McWilliams, 29, of Indianapolis, passed away on March 14, 2017. He was born September 24, 1987. He was only a few weeks from graduating from My Computer Career.com. Jacob excelled in technology far beyond his formal training. He was exceptionally creative. From the time he could walk and talk he loved tearing things apart and rebuilding them as something different. He had an extraordinary vocabulary and thoroughly enjoyed documentaries etc. He had a great respect for scientists, so much so that both his children were named after famous ones. His family, however, was his world. Jacob was preceded in death by his dad (Robert A. McWilliams), his brother (Ricky “Alan” Brock II), his grandmother (Rosemary Lockard), and grandfathers (Delbert C. “Mac” McWilliams) and (Clayton Brock). He is survived by his father and step-mother (Ricky A. and Julie Brock), mother (Terri G. McWilliams), step-sisters (Kim Walls and Christy McWilliams), sister (Domini Brock) and step-brother (John A. McWilliams), grandmother and step-grandfather (Barbara and Thomas Lee) and of course his wonderful children Sylvia and Jacque and former wife Corie (mother of his children). Memorial services will be Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at 7:00 pm in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home where friends may call from 5:00 pm until time of service.
