Esta P. Ridenour

Esta P. Ridenour, 99, of Plainfield, formerly of La Follette, TN, passed away March 17, 2017. She was born October 13, 1917 to the late James and Mary (Johnson) Cooper in Coal Creek, TN. She was a homemaker. She was a Avon Representative and a member of the President's Club. She was a member of Westview Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday School for over 30 years. Esta is survived by a son, Roger L. (Joan) Ridenour. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester R. Ridenour. Funeral services will be at 6:00 pm on Monday, March 20, 2017 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call on Monday from 4:00 pm until service time at 6:00 pm. Graveside services will be at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, March 21 at the Oak Grove Cemetery in Lake City, TN. Memorial contributions may be made to Westview Baptist Church, Indianapolis.
