Dinita M. LaBan

Dinita M. LaBan, 72, of Avon. God gained an amazing angel when she passed away on February 7, 2017. She was born May 10, 1944 to the late Raymond and Mary Sowders in Indianapolis, IN. She worked 40 years and retired as a manager for the Handleman Company in 2007. Dinita is survived by three daughters, Gina M. (Matthew) Singleton, Tamara J. (Michael) Fernandez, and Pamela J. (David) Hancock; 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward "John" LaBan. Visitation will be from 2:00 to 7:00 pm on Friday, February 17, 2017 at the Fairfield Friends Meeting, 10441 E. County Road 700 S, Camby, IN 46113. Funeral services will also be at the church on Saturday, February 18 at 12:00 noon, with calling at the church on Saturday from 10:00 am until service time. Entombment will follow in Washington Park East Cemetery.
