Eula Francis Grinstead

Eula Francis (Hyden) Grinstead, 76, of Plainfield, IN., passed away August 18, 2009 in her residence. She was born July 31, 1933 in Oil City, KY. to the late Carl David and Docia (Freeman) Hyden. She worked for National By-Products as an administrative assistant and for Clarke Detroit Diesel. She was also a homemaker and attended Fairfield Friends Meeting, Lynhurst Baptist Church and Center Community Church where she taught Sunday School. She was a 1951 graduate of Butlerville (IN) High School. She was the widow of Harry Grinstead. Private burial will be in White Lick Cemetery, Mooresviile, IN at 1:00 pm Friday August 21, 2009. Survivors include a son, Jeff (Peggy) Grinstead; daughters, Holly (Jeff) Schassberger, Nancy (Alan) Schober and Amy (Barry) Harris; brother, Lee Hyden; sisters, Helen Shonfeld and Jo Neal; companion, Jim LaRoche; 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
