Lois Ashlock

Lois Ashlock, 89, of Clayton, passed away in her home surrounded by loving family members on January 15, 2017. She was born September 1, 1927 in Minturn, AR to the late Walter and Lunia (Shannon) Hacker. Lois worked for People's Bank and Danners. She was a member of Life Tabernacle Church in Indianapolis. Lois was preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. Ashlock; son, Billy G. Ashlock; several brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be Friday, January 20, 2017 at 11:00 am in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home where friends may call on Thursday, January 19, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. Burial will be in Clayton Cemetery. Survivors include her son, Robert J. (Susan) Ashlock; daughters, Lois (Gerald) Garrison, Joyce VanZant, Barbara Craig, Stella (Jim) Patrick and Shirley (Stephen) Rickard; brother, Carl Shannon; 13 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren.
