Mary Ann Billups

Mary Ann Billups, 87, of Plainfield, IN passed away December 24, 2016. She was born October 7, 1929 to the late Wells and Dorothy (Peters) Ketter in Portsmouth, OH. She and her husband were graduates of Wheelersburg High School Class of 1947. She was a member of the Valley Mills Christian Church and attended the Plainfield Christian Church. Mary is survived by two brothers-in-law, Gary (Joyce) Billups of Wheelersburg and Harold (Judy) Billups of Athens, OH and several nieces and nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald T. Billups. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Wheelersburg. Contributions may be made to the Plainfield Christian Church.
