Kenneth E. Conatser

Kenneth E. Conatser, 86, of Plainfield, passed away December 11, 2016. He was born November 16, 1930 to the late Robert and Marie (Sandborn) Conatser in Terre Haute, IN. He was a veteran of the US Air Force. He was a conductor for CSX Transportation Co from 1950 until he retired in 2013. There will be no calling or services. Ken is survived by his wife, Barbara D. (Lovett) Conatser; a son, Mark Conatser; step-son, Neil Alwardt; step-daughter, Melanie Smitley; brother, Ronald (Sylvia) Conatser; two sisters, Wanda Hackett and Glenna Wrestler; and three grandchildren, Blake Conatser, Kelsey and Grady Smitley. He was preceded in death by a son, Steven R. Conatser.
