Mark L. Conwell

Mark L. Conwell, 80, of Stuart, FL. formerly of Plainfield, IN. passed away July 25, 2009 in Stuart, FL. He was born in Delaware County, IN. on November 13, 1928 to the late Roy and Bessie Marie (Brown) Conwell. He was the owner of Conwell Construction and co-owner of C+C Paint in Plainfield. Mark was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Stuart, FL. and the Plainfield Friends Meeting. Visitation will be Friday, July 31 at Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home from 4:00 - 8:00 pm. A private inurnment will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. He was preceded in death by a son, Brian L. Conwell and a grandson, Nathan Conwell. Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Gladys M. (Hardin) Conwell; son, Greg A. Conwell; daughters, Faye E. Doyle and Pam S. Cummings; 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
