Margaret Stout

Margaret (Brubaker) Stout, 97, of Plainfield, IN passed away July 7, 2009. She was born March 2, 1912 to the late Otis and Josephine (Wilson) Brubaker in Glenrock, WY. She was a teacher for over 31 years retiring in 1970. She taught at schools in Wabash County and Wayne Township Schools in Indianapolis. She was a member of the Plainfield Christian Church. She is survived by a son, Phillip A. Stout; two daughters, Carol (Lonnie) Steele, and Sharon (Richard) Lambert; a brother, Max Brubaker; two sisters, Joanna Frieders and Phoebe Thrush; 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, P. Kenneth Stout, who passed away July 15, 2005. Funeral services will be at 11:00 am Saturday, July 11, 2009 in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, 106 Shaw St., Plainfield, IN, where friends may call on Saturday from 10:00 am until service time at 11:00 am. Burial, Mississinewa Cemetery, Wabash, IN.
