Patrick T. Jacone

Patrick T. Jacone, 33, of Plainfield, passed away on August 29, 2016. He was born in Toledo, OH on January 16, 1983 to Robert and Elaine (Thomas) Jacone. Patrick was a 2001 Plainfield High School graduate. He received his Associate Degree from Indiana Business College. Patrick was in property management as a leasing agent. He belonged to the Indiana Apartment Association. Patrick was preceded in death by his father, Robert Jacone and grandparents, Harry and Jean Thomas. Memorial services will be Saturday, September 3, in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home at 1:00 pm, where friends may call from 11:00 am until time of service. He is survived by his wife, Blanca (Ibarra Sanchez) Jacone; mother, Elaine Jacone; brother, Andrew (Rachel) Jacone; sisters-in-law, Kelly and Lilia Ibarra Sanchez; nephews, Aiden Jimenez and Ryan Jacone; niece, Aily Jimenez.
