Horace Newman

Horace H. Newman of Clayton Indiana passed away August 24th 2016 at age 84. He was born February 7, 1932 in Lake Wales, Florida to the late Horace Newman and Inez Tuten Newman. He grew up in Geneva Alabama. He served in the US Army during the Korean War. He retired from Indiana Bell Telephone Company in 1987 after thirty five years of service. He was preceded in death by his first wife Margaret A. Newman, brother Charles Newman, and granddaughter Lauren Kelly. He is survived by his wife of 28 years Pamela K. Newman: Two daughters, four step children, and their spouses. They are Sheila Andrews, Shirley (James) Polley, Diane Kurtz, Edward (Aimee) Kelly, Eric Kelly (Linda Stout), David (Shannon) Kelly: Twelve grandchildren and three great-children. One sister-in-law, Willene Newman of Gaston Alabama, with several nieces and nephews from his brother's family.
