John Michael Tom

John Michael Tom, 45, of Clayton passed away August 15, 2016. He was born April 6, 1971 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Kenny and Ann Tom. Michael graduated from Cascade High School in 1990. He earned a degree in HVAC/R-MAR with high honors from Midwest Technical Institute in 2015. Along with his parents, Michael is survived by his girlfriend of 19 years, Melissa (Missy) Parrish and their dog Paige (A.K.A. Artoo), his sister Amy (Tony) Ribera, grandmother Nancy Lydick, Uncles John (Yvonne) Tom, Chuck (Kim) Lydick, Donnie (Lisa) Lydick, Rodney (Sally) Dodds three nieces, and three nephews. Family and friends will gather from 1:00-3:00 pm on Saturday, August 27 at Amo United Methodist Church (5036 Pearl St.; Amo, IN) with a Celebration of Life service starting at 3:00 pm.
