Kevin Lee Hypes

Kevin Lee Hypes, 59, of Plainfield, passed away June 28, 2016. He was born January 17, 1957 in Lebanon, IN to Richard and Nancy Hypes. Kevin had worked at Rock Island Refinery and since 1993 he had been a part of the Robert Dietrick Company family. Kevin was an avid sports and I.U. fan. He also coached girls basketball and softball. His memberships include West Chase Mens Golf Club and Plainfield Church of Christ (950 E. Township Line Rd.). Funeral services will be at the church on Friday, July 1 at 10:30 am. Visitation will also be at the church on Thursday, June 30 from 3:00 - 8:00 pm. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Rhonda Hypes; daughters, Ryan (Tyson) Bacon, Lindsey Dodds and Samantha (Kevin) Keach; parents, Richard and Nancy Hypes; brothers, Bret and James Hypes; sister, Barbara Hypes; grandchildren, Piper, Phoebe and Paxton Bacon, Camryn Love, Lincoln Richey and Oliver Keach.
