Alma L. Sigler

Alma L. Sigler, 93, of Plainfield, passed away June 1, 2016. She was born March 29, 1923 to the late Sam and Sibbie (Riggs) Ware in Dixon, KY. She was a homemaker and a Jehovah's Witness. Alma is survived by her husband, Vernon E. Sigler; a son, James P. (Connie) Polley; a daughter, Alma Idell Grant; two step-daughters, Jeanette (Gary) Johnson and Betty (Dorris) Liggett; 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Verna Marie Sigler. Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm on Monday, June 6, 2016 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends call on Monday from 10:30 am until service time at 1:00 pm. Burial will be in Floral Park Cemetery, Indianapolis.
