Darlene Moore

Darlene Moore, 76, of Plainfield, went to be with the Lord and to be reunited with her husband Ronald (Ronnie) and son, Randy on April 27, 2016. She is survived by her children, Dawn (Tom) Merritt and Doug (Susan) Moore. Nanny was dearly loved by her 4 grandchildren, Courtney Vernon, Chase Moore, Shayne Moore and Hope Moore and 2 great grandchildren, Wesley and Fitz Vernon. Her happiest times were when her family got together for special events and holidays. She worked 19 years for Cracker Barrel and 4 years at Hallmark in Plainfield. There will be no memorial services. Arrangements by Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield. Contributions may be made to Riley Children's Hospital or St Jude Children's Hospital.
