Marvin Aaron Epley

Marvin Aaron Epley, 97, of Plainfield, passed away April 15, 2016 in Plainfield Health Care. He was born August 10, 1918 in Muhlenberg County, KY to the late Charlie and Vera Epley. Marvin was the owner of Epley's Body Shop in Plainfield for many years. He's been a member of Plainfield Church of Christ since 1957. He married Eula Mae Addison in 1939 and she preceded him in death in 1995. Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 20, at 1:00 pm in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, where friends may call from 11:00 am until service time. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. Marvin was also preceded in death by a brother, Arlie Epley. Survivors include a son, Gary (Sharon) Epley; brother, Arvil Epley; sister, Dottie (Bill) Long; grandchildren, Karla Ewing and Aaron Epley; great grandchildren, Ashley, Abram, Nehemiah Epley and Travis Ewing; great great grandchildren, Isabelle and Zachary LaBlank
