Jean Ellen Conger

Jean Ellen Conger, 56, of Plainfield, passed away April 3, 2016. She was born May 25, 1959 in Indianapolis to James G. and Ruth A. (Long) Conger. Jean was a 1977 graduate of Avon High School. She worked for Projected Sound from 1997 to 2007. Most recently she was a sales representative for Avon Products. Her memberships included Plainfield Eagles Lodge # 3207 and American Legion Post # 0145 in Avon, where she was an auxiliary member. A Memorial Service will be Friday, April 8, at 11:00 am in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, where friends may call on Thursday, April 7, from 4:00 - 8:00 pm. Survivors include her parents, James and Ruth Conger; brother, Jim (Nancy) Conger; sisters, Julie (Edward) Goforth and Amy (Kenneth) Flajs; fiance, David Parrish; several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Misty Eyes Animal Shelter.
