Eric “Wendell” Mott, 82, of Evansdale, died Sunday, December 6, 2015 at Windsor Specialty Care in Cedar Falls. He was born January 30, 1933 in Neshoba County, MS the son of Estelle and Mable (Winstead) Mott. He married Jessie Mae Norton on December 24, 1971 in Neshoba County, MS. He owned and operated W & J Electric Service 30 years, retiring in 2002. He was a member of the Lighthouse Baptist Church. Survived by: his wife, Jessie Mott of Evansdale; one son, Wendell Morris (Angela) Mott of Plainfield, IN; one daughter, Suzann (Matt) Bulver of Waterloo; two daughters-in-law, Margaret Mott of Little Rock, MS and Joyce Mott-Johnson of Evansdale; seven grandchildren, Jennifer (Lorenzo) Orocio, Richard (Sarah) Mott, Jr., Kassandra Bulver, Jace Mott, Abigail Faith Mott, Emily Mott, Hunter Cooper; eight great-grandchildren, Marisa Rubio, Antonio Rubio, Eric Orocio, Abigail Cora Mott, Leo Janssen, Becca Mott, Asher Jones, Aubreeona Bulver; one great great-grandson, Fabian Rabadan; four brothers, Winfred (Bobbi) Mott of Colorado, Vernon (Ann) Mott of Haleyville, AL, Reese Mott of Mobile, AL, Charles (Tonya) Mott of Enterprise, MS and one sister, Glenda Sue Edwards of Collinsville, MS.

Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. Thursday at Lighthouse Baptist Church and also one hour before the services at the church.
